A UX designer focused on solving complex problems through research-led, data-informed design. I specialise in improving end-to-end journeys across digital and service experiences, with a strong emphasis on usability, accessibility and measurable impact.

Currently at Mountain Warehouse, I design and optimise high traffic ecommerce experiences, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver practical, user centred solutions. Accessibility and inclusive design are a core part of how I think, not an afterthought. I’m particularly motivated by work that operates at scale and improves peoples everyday experiences.
